Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Licensed (or      willing to become licensed) in Health & Life Insurance.
• Strong      background in customer service, healthcare, or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare,      Marketplace insurance, and supplemental plans is a plus.
• Excellent      communication and people skills.
• Friendly,      outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients.
• Ability to work      independently while staying focused and organized.
• Bilingual skills      are a bonus (not required).

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients      on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, health, life, dental,      vision, and pet insurance plans.
• Meet clients in      person, virtually, or over the phone to assess needs and recommend      tailored solutions.
• Stay current on industry      updates, plan changes, and compliance requirements.
• Build and      maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and      follow-up.
• Manage      applications, renewals, and client files.
• Participate in company      workshops, trainings, and team meetings.
• Consistently      meet or exceed performance goals.
